Pricing is always competitive, and response time good. Postage pricing is clear. Packaging is good. The game Wyrmspan is beautifully assembled, easy enough to play, but very challenging to play well. The drawback is that final turns can be lengthy, and because the dragons and caves available can be changed before one's own turn, there is limited opportunity to plan it in advance (or to whine at the analysis paralysed).
