Tout est parfait, livraison rapide, emballage parfait, prix corrects, mais le seul bémol, c'est les frais d'envoi qui sont trop onéreux pour la zone Europe et je ne parle pas des Taxes douanières (env. + 25%) qui le sont encore plus. Tout cela est bien dommage, ceci ne favorise pas le commerce extérieur pour les particuliers. Recommander ? Pourquoi pas, mais je regarderai avant tout si je ne trouve pas l'équivalent en Zone Europe, le choix de nos politiciens sont parfois bien désastreux pour nos portefeuilles.

Fantastic service and brilliant items. I placed an order and a few hours later zatu had a deal on which would have meant I received an additional product (1 if you spent more than £50, a different one if you spent more than £75 and another if you spent more than £100). I couldn't cancel my order due to having ordered something from the outlet which was then out of stock due to the fact I had already ordered it so I emailed zatu explaining the situation and being cheeky wondering if I could have the item for the £75+ spend even though I had spent over £200 as my order had not been dispatched yet. Zatu were very quick to respond and added it onto my order no problem. Above and beyond service from zatu and genuine niceness from staff. Thank you so much for the help and quick response, we thoroughly appreciate what you did and use the item regularly. Thank you again!
