It’s time to step out of the vault once more as a new challenge awaits you. Fallout Factions: Nuka World is a brand new skirmish wargame for 2 players that takes place in the world of Fallout 4.
Designed by James Hewitt, known for Hellboy the Board game and Necromunda, players will battle against each other with enemy factions as they claim new territory and take control of Nuka World. But to do so, they will need to use a variety of miniatures, 10 sided dice and an intuitive resolution system to claim their victory.
Although a full list of components for the game is not yet available, it has been announced that the full release will come with:
- 32mm scale miniatures
- Three hard plastic raider gangs
- A variety of additional components not yet revealed
The game is fully compatible with Fallout: Wasteland Warfare
Each figure in the set will have multiple build options for visual variety and loadouts, giving players the chance to completely customise their team to their own liking. In addition, Fallout Factions: Nuka World is also fully compatible with Fallout: Wasteland Warfare; another popular Fallout miniatures game published by Modiphius.
This not only means that players can use their already existing collections in this new system and vice versa, but it also opens a variety of team loadouts from the very start.
Moduphus, the publishers, have also announced that local game stores will be provided with organised play packs on launch for players to try out the game and get their hands on the system.
Although an official release date is yet to be announced, Fallout Factions: Nuka World will be coming straight to retail.
