A Sneak Peek: Coming soon to Zatu

We are soon to receive a crate full of games here at Zatu, some are restocks where as others will be brand new to our store but what they do have in common is that they are all A listed games.

So just to wet you taste buds before they come into stock here is a sneak peek at some of the titles we are soon to receive.

Coming Soon to Zatu Games:

Agricola

Ranked 11th in the top 100 best games, Agricola is a game of medieval agriculture where you try and accumulate as many points as possible, whilst also building up your farmland and livestock.

This game is for one to five players and was originally released by Lookout Games back in 2007.

Caverna: The Cave Farmers

Ranked number seven on the top 100 list Caverna, like its predecessor is a game of farming, however this time you are Dwarves and that means as well as renovating your cave and gathering resources you also get to search for treasure.

This game can be played by up to seven people and is the successor to the Agricola board game. Again it was released by Lookout Games, six years after the original game!

Keyflower

Ranked 28th, Keyflower is a beautiful tile & worker placement game where each round players will use their meeples to collect resources and match the corresponding symbols on the modular board.

The aim of the game is simply: to try and score the most victory points. Keyflower has been designed to be played by two to six people and was originally released by R&D Games back in 2012.

Patchwork

Ranked 39th, in Patchwork players compete to build the most aesthetically pleasing and highest scoring patchwork quilt on their 9x9 board. At the game's end every empty space will score you a negative point, where as you will be awarded for how many buttons you have in your possession.

Patchwork is a two player game released by Mayfair Games in 2014 and should only take around 30 minutes to play each game

Lords of Waterdeep

Our final peek for today comes in at 46 on the top 100 chart and that game is Lords of Waterdeep. Waterdeep is a worker placement game set within the dungeons and dragons universe, and has players taking the role of powerful lords vying for control of the city.

Each player will be building and scheming in order to accumulate the most points and be crowned ruler. The game can be played by between two and five players and was originally released by Wizards of the Coast in 2012!

We hope that you enjoyed our little sneak peek today! There are plenty more titles on the way to Zatu Games - some of which we will be revealing in a future post so stay tuned!
