Have had some issues with orders but to their credit the customer service has been excellent , responsive and resolved issues. Yesterday they resolved another issue at their own expense over a slightly ambiguous statement. Companies can claim they are great but it only counts if they act when stuff happens and don't hide behind a wall of excuses or smallprint but give their Customer Service the power to act reasonably. Thanks Zatu👏👏
