Zatu has an amazing collection of quality products. Delivery is easy and reliable. And when editing or cancelling an order the customer service is brilliantly quick. I only mark a star off becuase of the option to order and pay for items that are not currently in stock. I have had experiences of doing this and waiting 18 months before I finally cancelled the order. Although I received a refund easily and quickly, it is stressful and annoying having to track the items availability to make sure you don't lose money. I understand the benefits of this system when it works but it is frustrating when it doesn't work.

I do most of my games shopping here now that my local shop shut down. I rarely have a problem. Once the items were slower than usual as they came from different warehouses - and i've ordered a lot so occasionaly it doesn't matter. They're usually here within a day or 2. Always well packaged and of course, great prices. I'm waiting a kick starter and a delayed back order but i knew that could be slow.
