Description

The Panini Premier League Official Sticker Collection 2022 is here! Back for a second year, it is the ONLY official Premier League sticker collection and features the top footballing talent from one of the most competitive and inspiring football leagues in the world.

The collection of 642 stickers features all of the league's top names and rising stars, with plenty of shinies and special stickers to keep an eye out for. This year’s collection features more facts, more stats and more analysis. It includes all 20 Premier League teams and features their kits, their manager’s Premier League record and stats about each player on their individual sticker. There are also four pages dedicated to the Premier League’s most elite players, with even more detailed info.

Each sticker packet contains 5 stickers.

Collect them all! Put them into your Panini Sticker Collection Book for safekeeping!

Panini’s Premier League Sticker Collection Packs give those of you who support a team such as Tottenham or Arsenal, or any other Prem football team some kind of satisfaction by filling up an entire Sticker Book with every different sticker you can collect. The idea of sticker collecting for something you are passionate about, is a great idea.

Growing up, I remember the days when I would go shopping with my parents, and when the bill hit a certain price, you’d get a pack of stickers/collection cards which you keep hold of. There was some sort of excitement that came from going to the supermarket with my mum and walking out with my pack of Pombears and 5 new packs of Lego collection cards.

That brings me onto the Panini’s Premier League Sticker Collection Packs.

Different Stickers

So beginning with the different kind of stickers you could potentially receive in one of the Premier League Sticker Collection packs. In one sticker collection pack, you receive 5 different sticker cards (hopefully different!). Out of the 5 cards, you have the chance to receive quite a few different types/styles.

I think it is really smart how they switch up their different stickers with the players and teams etc… it makes for an exciting journey, and more chances to pack new and different things.

  • To begin, you have the standard player sticker card. There is an image of the player in the centre of the sticker, with a still of them playing football on the side. There is also the team logo on the sticker card, with an aesthetically pleasing coloured background, to match the teams colours.
  • The more basic player cards. These ones are quite similar, but are different in the fact that the standard ones are horizontal and these are vertical. They feature the player number, team and their strongest foot to play with – a super cool feature.
  • Holographic cards. These cards seem like they should be rare, but they can be quite easy to pack. They look cool and strengthen your collection in you Sticker Album. These almost always feature two of the teams players, or they have a singular
  • Then, you could also receive the ‘Elite’ sticker. These are the super cool looking golden, holographic card. To the eyes these are super pleasing. The Elite stickers are quite rare to get a hold on. They feature the ‘elite’ prem players.
  • Football shirt images. It is literally that – an image of the different teams football shirts. They also do the team logos just in the centre of the whole sticker.
  • Full team pictures, this one features the entire football team standing together, in their football stance.

You can also receive doubles of stickers (of course) where they are the exact same, and doubles, where they are the same player but with different features to it.

Those were the main cards you can receive – there are the odd few different ones, but mainly when flicking the through the hardcover album, the Premier League Sticker Collection Packs mainly feature those!

Sticker Collection Packs Quality

The quality of these stickers is as good as ever! Before they are stuck into an album, they are more like collection cards, however once peeled they are still very durable! You could probably even keep the sticker completely in one piece even after sticking it in the wrong place – I haven’t tried, but they are very good quality so it wouldn’t surprise me.

Behind The Stickers…

When you turn the stickers over, you will probably notice a number. This number correlates to the number inside of the Premier League Sticker Collection Packs album! There is also a ‘Footy Facts’ section where you are given a fact about football!

This part of the sticker is peeled off, though. It does certainly come in handy when trying to work out what section you need to put your stickers into.

There is my brief review on the Panini’s Premier League Sticker Collection Packs! I am looking forward to collecting the 2023 packs, to see if they decide to switch anything up again, even if it’s minor.
