“Roger that, Rio Grande Games, announcement incoming!” You heard that right, my spacefaring friends, Rio Grande Games have just announced a brand new expansion to their space themed board game; Beyond the Sun. Prepare your dice rolling skills for, Beyond the Sun: Leaders of a new dawn.

This exciting expansion to their highly rated base game introduces a new solo mode with new factions, leaders and fresh strategies to implement. With the discovery of hyperspace travel and the Omniweb Engine, players can now search entire galaxies to locate the skills and traits they need to build the perfect faction to overtake all others.

Now boasting replayability for 1 to 4 players with gameplay time ranging between 45 minutes to an hour and a half. There is so much more to discover in this charming space themed game. Just be sure to pick yourself up a copy of the base game if you don’t already have one, as this expansion requires the core set to play.
