How do I earn Victory Points?
Earn points on any purchase made at Zatu. You can even earn points on special offers, sales and other promotions.
How do I spend my Victory Points online?
To spend your points click 'Spend Points' at the checkout and apply your points there. Points cannot be used alongside any coupon or discount codes.
How much are my Victory Points worth?
4000 points are equivalent to £1.00.
Can I make a full purchase with my points only?
Points are only available to spend on goods. You will still have to pay usual shipping costs.
I think I've lost my Victory Points?
Removing a Victory Points coupon from checkout will temporarily remove the points from your account. Don’t worry, they should appear back in your account almost instantly, just give the page a refresh!
If your points have not reappeared in your account after 24 hours, please contact our customer service team.
How do I register for the Victory Points Scheme?
Everyone with a Zatu Games account automatically qualifies for our Victory Points Scheme!
How can I check my point balance?
You can log in to your account area and view your point balance as well as your point history.
What happens if I return my order?
Any points spent on an order which is returned will be reimbursed. However, any points earned on a return will be rescinded. Please allow 7 working days for our website to process these adjustments.
Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions form a contract between Zatu Limited and you, the 'Account Holder', in relation to how Victory Points are earned and spent.
- Any participation in the Victory Points system is considered acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.
- We reserve the right to alter or withdraw Victory Points at any time without notice.
- Victory Points have no monetary value.
- Your Zatu Account may be terminated at any time if we feel that there is misuse of the system.
- Any points spent on an order which is then returned will be reimbursed.
- Any points earned on an order which is then returned will be rescinded.
- Points are awarded or earned on any purchases made at www.board-game.co.uk.
- Victory Points cannot be earned on purchases made prior to joining the Victory Points scheme.
- Account holders will receive points on qualifying purchases calculated at a rate of 100 points per £1.00 spent.
- Zatu reserves the right to vary the rate at which points are earned including special offers and other promotions.
- Products may be excluded from the scheme at our discretion.
- Points are displayed on your Victory account as soon as payment has been received.
- Victory Points can only be used as part payment towards a product online; points can still be earned on the money part value of that order.
- Victory Points cannot be used alongside any coupon or discount codes.
- Zatu will notify account holders of any changes online at www.board-game.co.uk.
- You cannot earn points when purchasing a gift card. Points can be earned when redeeming a gift card.
- We reserve the right to add limits to other activities which do not directly involve purchases but still earn points (e.g. points earned through referrals, reviews).
- There is a cap on the number of Victory Points you are able to spend per order of £7.50 (30000 points).
- Victory Points can only be used on baskets with a minimum value of £25.00.
