I have ordered from Zatu a couple of times before and they have always been prompt and efficient as well as, often, spectacularly good value. This time I noticed that one of their games had gone up in price in the last month. I emailed their customer service team to find out why and if there was any chance of the price going back down in the future and they offered to refund the price rise on my order if I sent them the order confirmation. The very lovely Ivy from their customer services team did just that within five minutes of me placing the order. I am really impressed; these are great folk to do business with.
