Lord of the Rings LCG: The Hobbit: Over Hill & Under Hill Expansion

The Lord of the Rings (LotR), the Card Game is a cooperative, Living Card Game (LCG) published by Fantasy Flight Games. One – two players (or up to four, with two core sets) take control of powerful characters and artifacts. Players will gather allies and coordinate efforts to take on the biggest threats to Middle-earth.

The Hobbit: Over Hill & Under Hill is the first Saga expansion for the LotR LCG. Saga expansions allows you to play scenarios adapted directly from the narrative told by Tolkien. In Over Hill & Under Hill you will find three scenarios based on the first half of The Hobbit. These scenarios can be played individually, or linked together, to form a campaign.

This expansion contains 165 new cards, including five heroes: Bilbo Baggins, Beorn, Nori, Ori, and Thorin Oakenshield. Gandalf and the company of Dwarves will be at your side as allies. Together, your band of heroes will have to deal with Trolls, Wolves and Goblins as they journey toward Erebor – and of course, Bilbo will have a puzzling encounter with one of the riverfolk who has been corrupted by darkness. The saga is concluded in The Hobbit: On the Doorstep expansion.

Note: This product is not a standalone product. Players will need a copy of The LotR card game: Core set in order to play. A copy of The Hobbit: On the Doorstep is not necessary to enjoy this expansion – but the two have been designed to be played as one combined campaign.
