1. These terms and conditions listed here are the standard Zatu Games Sale terms. These terms and conditions apply to all sales throughout the year, unless otherwise stated.

2. Everyone’s invited. The sale will be open to old and new customers.

3. The sale is on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Stock may be limited and although we wish we had unlimited stock, this unfortunately is not the case. We wish we could fulfil every order and will do our best however we do reserve the right to cancel orders if we are not able to fulfil them due to stock issues. 4. There is no limit on quantity of products or orders (you really can spend as much as you like!).

5. You will be covered under out standard returns policy  unless otherwise stated so you therefore have 14 working days from the time you receive your order in which to inform us of your decision to return. Please refer to our returns policy to see further details.

6. All items are brand new unless stated otherwise and will leave our warehouse in an immaculate condition. All games/accessories will be unopened and unused upon delivery and packaged by our dispatch team with great care. 7. Your order will be delivered via post or courier and is subject to the delivery restraints of that service or courier. For this reason, orders may fall out of the delivery times quoted in our Delivery Information page. If you would like an update on your order you can call or email us at any time and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours (subject to opening times).

8. The discount applicable, unless otherwise stated, has already been applied. There may be some circumstances where a code is required in order to qualify for this discount, in which case, this must be included at the checkout.
