Description

Of all the bioforms in the Tyranids’ arsenal, Warriors are the most integral to the success of the swarm. Adapted in countless sub-species to every conceivable role, these creatures provide an integral synapse link to the Hive Mind for the many countless other Tyranid organisms in every battlefield position.

Although maintaining this link is their primary prerogative, don’t mistake it as the end of their capabilities. Whether armed with razor sharp Rending Claws or Scything talons, brutal Boneswords, or their myriad of living ranged weaponry from Devourers to grotesque Venom Cannons, Warriors are a force to be reckoned with and should be approached cautiously by even the most well-equipped warrior.

This is a multi-part plastic kit consisting of 89 components which allow you to create three Tyranid Warriors, one of which can be upgraded to a Tyranid Prime with a distinct Tyranid Prime chest plate, shoulder guards and head. The Warriors can be equipped with all the weapons on the kit, the kit contains three pairs of lash whips; three sets of rending claws; three sets of scything talons; three pairs of boneswords; three pairs of spinefists; three devourers; three deathspitters; a barbed strangler; a venom cannon; three pairs of flesh hooks; adrenal glands and toxin sacs.

Tyranid Warriors are the swiss-army knife of the Tyranid arsenal and generally work best when their load out mirrors the troop they’re supporting. If they’re providing synapse to Termagants or other weapon beasts arming them with Deathspitters and a Venom Cannon will prevent them from feeling out of place. If they’re supporting Genestealers or another fast melee unit equipping them with Rending Claws, Spinefists and Adrenal Glands will render them most capable in combat. Dedicating them to one role is always better than trying to cover multiple.
