Description
Pirate Fluxx, from Looney Labs, is one of their many versions of Fluxx. This one, not surprisingly, has a pirate theme. As in all games of Fluxx, the rules are simple: Draw a card and then play a card, but the rules can and will change and so will the victory conditions.
Watch as the rules change, drawing more cards every turn, playing more or even all of your hand. The goals will change and there will always be a few surprises that players can throw into the mix. Each turn you must keep hold of your keepers, the Frigate, cannon, key or pieces of eight are all up for grabs, but beware of scurvy or shackles, the creepers that will stop you from winning.
Keep an eye on the rules as they change and 'flux' throughout the game. Likewise, keep an eye on the goals as each player may continually change them and steal victory from under your parrot's nose.
Pirate Fluxx is a fast-paced game that can be played anywhere with anyone and will have you bringing all your best pirate impressions to the game table.
Pirate Fluxx can be played with two to six players, and players can even join the game or leave the game part way through if they need to! It can even be played in less than 40 minutes. In fact, some games last only a few minutes!
