Rodney seems to have it all: a beautiful wife, a cushty job at his father-in-law’s printing company, and a lovely home. You’d think hed be happy…
Rodney and Cassandra have only just got back from their honeymoon and their relationship is already in tatters. Cassie has become a workaholic and Rodney who cannot understand why she wants to attend work functions instead of cooking his tea is fast becoming an alcoholic.
Del, however, has never been happier. Raquel has moved in having returned from a theatre tour of America’s east coast. She has taken over Rodney’s room but Del has high hopes of persuading her into his own room before too long.
To make Cassandra jealous (hopefully), Rodney arranges a date with Tania, the ‘bow wow from the Peckham Exhaust Centre’, as Del describes her. He backs out before going through with it but the damage is done.
Del, worried for his brother’s happiness (and the loss of cheap printing perks through Rodney’s job) has decided to play Cupid with the result that Cassandra finds out about Tania and Rodney finds himself homeless for the third time in 18 months.
