This Essentials Kit provides everything needed to start living your own fantastical tales. Six blank character sheets come included, along with a handy guide how to fill them in. There’s a basic rulebook, alongside ‘The Dragon of Icespire Peak’ introductory adventure. It comes with a Dungeon Master’s screen, so one player can oversee, narrate and direct proceedings.

The DM will also take delight in 81 cards that cover a spectrum of magic items and sidekick allies. The double-sided map further immerses players in Phandalin and the surrounding environs. And dice… Of course it comes with a set of D&D dice, so you can determine all the important outcomes.

In The Dragon of Icespire Peak, your brave party of heroes will meet a whole host of fascinating NPCs (non-playable characters). They’ll fight epic monsters and discover marvellous treasure.
