I found staff at Zatu were extremely helpful in providing answers to my questions honestly, with patience and reassurance. Zatu offers an incredibly wide range of board games and not just different versions of Cluedo or Monopoly. Fantastic website to get something different not just for youngsters but also teenage market. Escape from Colditz bought last Christmas and it has been a game which has been played by my teenagers regularly and really good strategy game. Have had several games and all are different in that different skills required. This is a great site, their delivery service is good where even standard postage allows you to track your parcel if anxious like me. Packaging is excellent so the games arrive in perfect condition with no damage to boxes which is important if giving as a present. I highly recommend Zatu and know I can be a difficult customer however I have nothing but praise for the staff and customer service in helping me. Happily recommend, many of these games you will not find anywhere else and if you do guarantee Zatu will be more competitive with pricing and delivery service. Five star all the way. I am pleased that found this site and so far have not managed to get through all the items they have to offer, I had a problem which being anxious and stressed out about other things not Zatu related however the staff were extremely reassuring and supportive and problem only existed with me and not Zatu but replied to emails quickly. Very professional and friendly service with products to satisfy any age and any taste. Huge thank you. Next day service is an option but their standard delivery arrives in 2-3 days. Sam
