Zatu games are quick to process your orders, delivery has been onetime, even had our delivery before the due date. The box condition has always been good. The website is easy to use and navigate around, it's nice to see some game with written and video reviews, would like to see that more, but understand this can take time to develop and build up. The price of games are very competitive, and they often gave sales on to pick some great bargains. Highly recommended using Zatu as your go to source for your gaming needs.

Zatu consistently provide the opportunity to own some great games at very competitive prices, rewarding members with a well constructed loyalty program that also encourages future purchases which is why they are always at the top of my list of game retailers when looking to make my next purchase. The only thing that has been disappointing is the quality of packing when shipping everything to me. Receiving an expensive game one time, wrapped only in a plastic bag, resulting in damage to the outer box of the game was upsetting. All my other orders have thankfully been received in a packing box but unfortunately the lack of packing material used to secure the items has occasionally resulted in items being damage due to movement inside the packing box. This in no way reflects on the customer service team who have dealt with and resolved these issues well, thanks.
