Can I change which box I am subscribed to?

If you would like to change which subscription box you are subscribed to, please cancel your current subscription before the upcoming payment due date and then re-subscribe to your preferred box.


I live outside the United Kingdom; can I still subscribe?

Yes! We want as many people as possible all over the globe to enjoy our subscription service, so we are trying to make our subscription service as widely available as possible. Although we don’t quite yet cover every country, we are hoping to do so one day!


Can I skip a month of my subscription?

Of course, and it’s hassle free! If you need to take a break from your subscription, please contact our customer service who will happily place this on hold for you. Contact our team again when you wish for the subscription to be resumed.  


When will payment be taken each month?

Your first payment will be taken on the day you subscribe to the service. From this date, payment will be taken on the 25th of each month, excluding the month you start your subscription. For example, if you start your subscription on the 26th of January your second payment will not be taken again until the 25th of March (as you will have missed the limit for subscribing to the box sent out at the end of January). If you start your subscription on the 2nd of May, your second payment will not be taken until the 25th of June.


When will I receive my monthly subscription box?

Subscription boxes will be dispatched from the 26th of every month to try to ensure that you receive your box as close as possible to the start of every month.


Can I use Victory Points or Gift vouchers for my subscription?

Because our subscription boxes are already such great value, no other offers, coupons or codes can be used to purchase them.


Will I earn Victory Points from purchasing subscription boxes?

You cannot earn Victory Points with our subscription box service.


Can I cancel my subscription at any point?

You can cancel your subscription service at any moment. To cancel your subscription please contact our customer service team. Please be aware that you must cancel your subscription before the 25th of the month otherwise payment will be taken from your card and a box will still be dispatched to you which cannot then be refunded.


What do I do if I receive a game I already have?

Under certain circumstances we will happily exchange one game per box for a new game in your next box provided it is one you already own. For more information please see our Subscription Box Returns Policy
