Can I change which box I am subscribed to?
If you would like to change which subscription box you are subscribed to, please cancel your current subscription before the upcoming payment due date and then re-subscribe to your preferred box.
When will payment be taken each month?
Your first payment will be taken on the day you subscribe to the service. From this date, payment will be taken on the same date as your first payment. For example, if you start your subscription on the 6th of January your second payment will be taken again on 6th February.
When will I receive my monthly subscription box?
Subscription boxes will be dispatched from the 26th of every month to try to ensure that you receive your box as close as possible to the start of every month.
Can I use Victory Points or Gift vouchers for my subscription?
Because our subscription boxes are already such great value, no other offers, coupons or codes can be used to purchase them.
Will I earn Victory Points from purchasing subscription boxes?
You earn Victory Points from the first purchase but not on subsequent boxes.
Can I skip a month of my subscription?
Of course, and it’s hassle free! If you need to take a break from your subscription, please contact our customer service who will happily place this on hold for you. Contact our team again when you wish for the subscription to be resumed.
Can I cancel my subscription at any point?
You can cancel your subscription service at any moment. To cancel your subscription please contact our customer service team.
What do I do if I receive a game I already have?
Under certain circumstances we will happily exchange one game per box for a new game in your next box provided it is one you already own. For more information please see our Subscription Box Returns Policy. Please do contact our customer service team to do this.
