However, after sending my questions I just had a good feeling. Friendly cusomter support, quick answers and an always welcoming feeling made it a joyful experience for me to wait for my packages and I am literally an impatient guy 5/5 stars Assistance: I just wanted to separate the overall impression of the customer support from a detailed impression after a delayed package at customs: They shared tracking information, contacted Royal Air Mail for me and helped me to find the package information.
