Rainbow Six Siege, the 2014 winner of Best PC Game, is a first-person tactical shooter. Play as one of the ever-expanding list of special forces operatives to defuse bombs, rescue hostages, and crush enemies!
Team Rainbow Six consists of the best of the best; hand-selected from militaries across the globe to fight in the name of the people. Reinstated after three years, the biggest global threat before you is the White Mask. A terrorist organisation that are causing chaos around the world. Fight through practice operations against the White Mask before taking on the biggest challenge: a gas attack at Bartlett University.
Once your training missions are complete, hop straight into the multiplayer and face-off against an opposing team of Rainbow operatives to hone your skills. Two teams of five go head-to-head in one of three game modes: bomb defusal, hostage rescue, and area control. You can play as one of many operatives, including (but not limited to) Mike “Thatcher” Baker, Yumiko “Hibana” Imagawa, and Thandiwe “Melusi” Ndlovu.
Added on to the roster is fan-favourite Sam Fisher, known by the codename “Zero”. Fisher is a well-known character from the popular Splinter Cell series. Now you can bring the stealth and tactics of this veteran to the battlefields of Siege!
The Deluxe Edition of the game gives you a head start to the game by unlocking all year 1 and 2 operators right from the get-go. That’s 16 operators to choose from in your very first match! The other 22 operators can be purchased using in-game “renown”.
