zatu can rarely be beaten on price and the various types of product avaiable usually means there is often something i would consider buying. using the site is easy but very slow. slow is what the delivery time is too. dont expect a quick despatch. it has happened! but most of my deliveries were despatched within 5 working days of my order. (longer at busy times like christmas) regardless with the exceptence that the items may take a while it still makes much sense to continually order from them and i will. the loyalty points system needs some work. the return is very little and cant stack with their on site discount. pros: cheap, reliable, safecons: slow site, slow delivery (most of the time), weak loyalty system
