A detective, after seeing a Lost Cat’ poster and stumbling upon the cat from the photo, returns said cat to its owner. Tremendously grateful, the woman invites him in for coffee and both end up finding kindred spirits in each other through this serendipitous event. Some days later he invites her out for coffee, but she never shows. She has disappeared – so the erstwhile detective investigates, questioning neighbours and going to her home, only to be lead to dead ends.’
