Urban design, you are given three designs easy, medium or hard and you choose one as an end game goal, if successful you receive bonus popularity.

8 Janitors and the maintenance shop that are used to move conveyors around your hospital.

The pharmacy that allows you to purchase capsule’s that can be used by nurses to treat patients without a doctor of the various colours present.

The hospice brings the potential to move elders to the hospital who move slowly but provide cash when treated.

The virus board and 5 virus tiles come into play when patients per player is above 2. They increase the illness levels of your patients potentially raising the income from treatment.

8 pillars and their board allow you to build over what would have been an empty space.

10 Satellite TV tiles allows you to provide satellite TV for you patients earning you extra income.

The 16 underground utility work tiles are a pain, they represent areas you can no longer build on walk through or park beside. This increase the complexity and strategy when building.

The ICU tile and 3 modules allow players to reduce the illness levels of patients and any patient in the ICU does not worsen.

The Obstetrics board and 3 pregnant women meeples add the opportunity to rush to hospital, form the university, via car or helicopter gaining popularity any pregnant women left in the university cost the player with the most popularity 2 points. Treating pregnant women provides income, if you fail to treat her you lose popularity.
