We are looking for an experienced and proactive Lead Web Developer to join our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity to get your foot in the door of a growing industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Taking responsibility for all aspects of web development in our growing business
• Recruiting and coaching other developers to ensure the availability of development resource
• Working with project managers, stakeholders and other developers to deliver new website features and solve technical problems
• Designing new website architecture and maintaining existing infrastructure.
• Scoping out new projects and discussing objectives with technical and non-technical colleagues

What we’re looking for:

• A strong understanding of WordPress development in addition to other technologies (MEAN stack desirable)
• Previous experience of leading a development team
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to sell new ideas to stakeholders
• Self motivation, drive and positivity
