Wow. Good but not great choices. Apart from Terraforming Mars which is in my top 10 🙂

Ooooo this is tough. Okay, so the first that spring to mind (which I’m not sure is a good test or not):

    • Scythe
    • Keyforge
    • Cosmic Encounter
    • Eldritch Horror
    • Arkham Horror: LCG

    That’s no particular order.

This is probably different every week. Isle of Skye may start to drop off with more plays but the rest won’t for a while:

    • Coimbra
    • Brass: Lancashire
    • Great Western Trail
    • Underwater Cities
    • Isle of Skye

I find this almost impossible to answer!

Some games flirt around my Top 5 (sometimes depending on my mood), but some are stalwarts that never leave.

    Right now, it’s probably:

    • Le Havre

    • Tzolk’in: The Mayan Calendar

    • Viticulture: Essential Edition (played with the Tuscany Essential Edition expansion)

    • Great Western Trail

    • Lewis & Clark

6-10 however, is much, much harder…

    As of July…

    • Nemesis
    • Xia
    • Bloodborne The Card Game
    • Betrayal Legacy
    • Railroad Ink

Looking at everyone else’s lists I’ve noticed that I’ve not yet had the pleasure of trying Terraforming Mars!

Only started getting back into gaming last year, so not played that many different games so far.

    But… here we go.

    • Azul
    • Kingdomino (+ expansion, or Queendomino)
    • Sagrada
    • Splendor
    • Carcassonne Amazonas

Just bought Ticket to Ride Europe, Jaipur, Skyjo, Flash Point: Fire Rescue, Fallout… Want to get the Carcassonne Big Box next.

According to my ratings this is my top 5, though interesting how I’ve not played some of them for some time…

Though my 2019 most played might be a better indication…

Wow, I must be really out of touch. The only two on this entire thread I have played are Eldritch Horror and Skull. Both are fine games but I will avoid them and give five different faves.

    • Arkham Horror (second edition)
    • Legendary
    • Soviet Dawn
    • Labyrinth (the proto COIN game, not the maze game)
    • One Night Ultimate Werewolf

Ok, so I played Lord of the Rings: Journeys in Middle Earth for the first time last night, and everything apart from Coimbra is getting bumped down one. Sorry, Isle of Skye.

We’re in August now but my favourite games to play in the past few months are:

    • Keyforge
    • Exploding Kittens (NSFW Edition)
    • One Deck Dungeon
    • The Chameleon
    • Coup

I need to stop buying Keyforge decks though. My wallet cried a little when the new “Worlds Collide” set got announced.

I’m currently on a bit of a card game roll so top 5 has to be:

    1. Keyforge – Age of Ascension

    2. MTG looking forwards to Throne of Eldraine release!

    3.  The Mind – this has recently featured, frustrating but also weirdly addictive but then I’m a bit of a perfectionist!

    4. Coup & One Night Ultimate Werewolf – both all time favourites but ones I can’t get enough of

    5. And lastly Colourbrain was refreshingly different – but definitely more question cards needed

And then because I couldn’t leave them out…top 5 board games:

    1. Pandemic – I normally play a mix of 2015 version and On the Brink expansion variants. Best bit of this game is no arguments!

    2. Cobra Paw – I played this tonight first the first time and definitely have a knack for this

    3. Onitima – coming from a chess background this is refreshingly different.

    4. Carcassonne – I haven’t tried any of the expansions yet

    5. Ticket to Ride – a family classic. Simple but fun

Cobra Paw was surprisingly good fun! Can’t wait for the new Keyforge decks too!
