About your Order
We try our hardest to dispatch our orders within 24 hours of the initial purchase. During peak times, however, your order can take up to 48 hours to be dispatched. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification and your order will be on its way.
We feature exact release dates on the product page. Unfortunately, release dates can change due to reasons that are out of our control. If you still are not 100% sure when your order is going to be released, feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive your pre-order board game on the day of release.
You will have 30 calendar days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arriving.
In this case you will qualify for a replacement or refund once items have been received by us, complete with appropriate documentation.
Unfortunately, mistakes can happen! If you have received your order and you have not received the correct game, please email our customer service team email: email@example.com or contact us at 0800 007 5444.
Our team will provide you with a free post label and returns slip so that you can return the incorrect game to us. Once this item has arrived with us, we will proceed with re sending your correct item. Again, this is a rare occurrence!
We do offer local pickup within the NR postcode area. When you select your items for order and take these through to the checkout page you will enter your NR postcode. At this point an option for local pickup will appear. From here a member of our customer service team will get into contact with you with further instructions. We ask that all local pickups are arranged 24-48 hours in advance to allow us to move your items from our warehouse to our offices for pickup.

Please ensure that you bring your Zatu Games invoice or have your confirmation email ready to show our team.
You are also able to return your games to our store. You have 14 days from the time you buy your game in which to inform us of your decision.
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, under the Consumer Contract (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 working days from the time you receive your order in which to inform us of your decision.
If you change your mind after the item is dispatched, Zatu Limited is able to provide you with a free returns label, at your request. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned ‘as new’, in the same condition in which they were received. If these goods are not returned in the same condition in which they were received, Zatu Limited retain the right to refuse return, or to deduct up to 10% from the refund cost.
If you do not wish to use our free returns service, it is recommended that recorded delivery is used in returning items to us.
