Ordered a board game, which sadly, had missing parts. Had realistically no expectations for the parts to be replaced, but gave it a go anyway. Zatu games not only responded immediately to my query (even though, it was absolutely not an issue from their end), they rectified the situation in a record time. As someone who works in support, the response and resolution demonstrated by Zatu, is nothing short of flawless, in my humble opinion.
