We want to offer you huge discounts over this festive period! Before you start adding to your basket, please take a look at our sale terms and conditions:

1. The sale will begin on the 26th December 2017 and will finish on 8th January 2018 – or until we have no stock left to sell!

2. Everyone’s invited. The sale will be open to old and new customers.

3. The sale is on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Stock may be limited and although we wish we had unlimited stock, this unfortunately is not the case. We wish we could fulfil every order and will do our best however we do reserve the right to cancel orders if we are not able to fulfil them due to stock issues. Please refer to our full terms and conditions for further information.

4. There is no limit on quantity of products or orders (you really can spend as much as you like!) however we must limit a single item to a maximum of 5 of that item, per customer.

5. You will not be covered under our Christmas returns policy so you therefore have 14 working days from the time you receive your order in which to inform us of your decision to return. Please refer to our returns policy to see further details.

6. All items are brand new unless stated otherwise and will leave our warehouse in an immaculate condition. All games/accessories will be unopened and unused upon delivery and packaged by our dispatch team with great care. Zatu Games are not responsible for any damage incurred in transit by the courier/delivery company. If you have any questions regarding this, please don’t hesitate to contact us on 0800 007 5444.

7. Your Boxing Day sale order will be delivered via standard mail unless you select another delivery option and is subject to the delivery restraints of that service over the Christmas and New Year period. For this reason, orders may fall out of the delivery times quoted in our Delivery Information page. If you would like an update on your order you can call or email us at any time and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours (subject to opening times over the festive period (closed: 23rd – 1st). Please note, some delivery options such as next day delivery or expedited may be suspended for a short period of time over Christmas. As before, due to matters out of our control with regards to delivery companies and couriers, Zatu Games cannot be held responsible for any orders being delivered after the expected date. We will however do everything we can to get to the bottom of why and are happy to help with any delivery related issues you may have.

8. The discount has been automatically applied and is reflected in the price shown on the qualifying products.
