I’ve bought a lot of games (definitely far too many!) from Zatu since I found the hobby over lockdown and I could not be happier with the service. Deliveries usually arrive after 2 days with (standard shipping) no matter the size of the order and the prices!!! A lot of games are routinely £20 cheaper than the nearest retailer, be it Amazon or another games shop. With that combination it’s no wonder that this hobby has turned into a love of collecting games.

Order lots of games from Saturday over the past few year never had an issue. Pre-orders are often out there control but they are very willing to keep you updated on what’s happening with your orders

As an avid boardgamer, I always use Zatu to buy my games. The prices are very competitive and the loyalty rewards are always welcome. Unlike some other outlets, the customer service is first class.

This is my 2nd order with ZATU Games and I want to describe my experience with them in some detail: Delivery: Fast and reliable, the ordered items are shipped quickly and all neccessary information (tracking) is shared, therefore 100% transparent 5/5 stars Contact: First I was a bit doubtful as a german customer (sorry for my bad english) because of stress with customs and delivery times through BREXIT concerns. However, after sending my questions I just had a good feeling. Friendly cusomter support, quick answers and an always welcoming feeling made it a joyful experience for me to wait for my packages and I am literally an impatient guy 5/5 stars Assistance: I just wanted to separate the overall impression of the customer support from a detailed impression after a delayed package at customs: They shared tracking information, contacted Royal Air Mail for me and helped me to find the package information. After all the work they had, they refunded me without hesitation to help me out of my situation. 5/5 stars Products: Perfect condition, not even a scratch on the product! In addition one of the widest product ranges in board games I had ever seen and always welcoming if you want to recommend another game to add to their store!
