I'm never let down by Zatu. Their processes are always timely and the goods are always delivered well. I bought Root and found it was delivered safely with amply cushioning in the box. It was fully sealed and there was no damage to the game (which I can't say about a large conglomerate that some have foolishly looked to instead of Zatu).
